DELIVERY

Free UK Delivery applies to UK Mainland. Please email us for a price to any other destination.

We aim to despatch orders within 2-3 working days, but if you have an urgent deadline we will always try to accommodate you. Please email us to arrange.

Despatch times may be extended during busy periods such as the festive season, and also after our mid December cut-off.

If you are out when the courier tries to deliver, please contact them immediately. If you know you will be away for a period of time, please let us know prior to leaving to that we can arrange a suitable delivery date.

If there is any kind of problem with your delivery please inform us within 24 hours.

RETURNS POLICY

a) We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible for you.

To arrange a return, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery.

Products must be returned in a fully saleable condition (including outer packaging) within 7 days of contacting our Customer Services Team.

Once we have received the returned item we will initiate the refund, minus our delivery costs (charged at cost).

b) In the case of a loose connection on illuminated Globes, we send new electrics sameday that are simple to swap. This does not constitute a faulty product.

BACKORDERS

If for any reason your item is not in stock your order will remain on backorder for delivery in due course. We are always available to update the progress of any items that are on backorder - please email or Freephone us.

Please note that orders placed are debited when you press the 'Confirm Payment' button within the payment pages.

PAYMENT

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system.

Please note, we do not view or keep any card details and all information is encrypted for security purposes.

PRICE MATCH

We are happy to Price Match at our discretion.

Please email us a) The URL b) the full price including VAT & Shipping c) the full price difference.

We will then evaluate and upon our email-approval we will credit back to your card immediately after your order is processed.

Please note: We can only price match bona-fide UK based, tax paying companies. We do not price match eBay shops or companies selling at below cost price.
